Target audience: Preschool and 1st–2nd Grade of Primary School
From the starting point of a reading, participants will learn about the customs of the past, and then observe the exhibits. During the visit, the differences between past and present will be highlighted, illustrating the items on display as testimonies of our past. Just as the people of bygone days left traces, participants will be invited to leave their own trace (prints or other marks) on a long strip of paper, a collective work to take back to school.
This activity is intended for younger children, whose curriculum does not cover the period.
